Scyrus© Limited was formally approved and incorporated as a co-operative society by the FCA in the UK on 17 October 2023, with registration number 5107.
The objects of the society shall be to carry on business as a co-operative and to carry on any other trade, business or service and in particular to build, develop, and operate an innovative decentralised social credit co-operative model using a finance technology platform as a new system of incentivising, measuring, and scoring societal contributions between Members of the Co-operative and communities to stimulate and deliver public benefit sustainably over the very long-term.
