A Founding Member of Mannheim Foundation, and key architect of the MF business model, Robert Duff also represents the foundation on the Board of Scyrus Ltd. Robert brings over 30 years’ experience of systematic operations management in a finance and insurance in which leadership and good governance have been essential requirements. He is Principal Consultant for MF's advisory services, which is aimed at supporting community SME businesses as well as providing advisory services to larger organisations on a bespoke basis. In this role, Robert is working on topics such as how to integrate ESG-compliance, Corporate Social Responsibility and sustainability into businesses.
A qualified Risk Manager, Robert is also qualified in Insurance and Capital Markets, and uses his experience in stuructured finance and insurance to develop funding and donation solutions for Mannheim Foundation, focussed on fighting climate change and delivering public benefit with genuine impact, and which is sustainable over the long-term. Having worked for or advised governments as well as many of the world's leading banks, finance & leasing companies, industrial companies and trading exchanges, Robert has proven ability to manage multiple and complex projects, an excellent track record on delivering projects, and proven experience in developing and maintaining successful working relationships with all partners and stakeholders.
